Booking directly with us via this website will be the best pricing. Online Travel Agent (OTA) pricing will be 15% to 20% higher to reflect their fees.
Cancellation insurance is available as an optional extra, if required please select this option on the booking form. This cover is provided by XCover.com and covers cancellation due to a number of factors such as illness or injury, transportation delay or cancellation and travel warnings. Summary of Booking Conditions:
- Please note that the village is usually very quiet at night, with the neighbours close by. Therefore, the property is not suitable for activities or events which may lead to noise at night, especially outdoors.
- The owner and his family maintains full-time access to the detached double garage / annex next to the house.
- Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Times may be flexible, please enquire if a wider window is required.
- Two night minimum stay on weekends.
- Arrivals and departures are not possible on Saturdays unless by special arrangement.
- A refundable damage deposit of £350 will be held.
- Additional non-residential day guests are permitted with prior permission.
- Real candles, confetti, sprinkles, glitter and fireworks are not to be used at the property.
- CCTV covers the driveway and garden.
- A 30% deposit is required to hold the booking. The 70% balance and damage deposit fall due eight weeks prior to arrival.
- Bookings are secured once the holding deposit payment has been received.
- Sorry, no pets can be hosted at the property.
